Q: What is your REFUND POLICY?
A: We will accept returned books that are damaged. You must notify Prioritybooks Publications within 12 hours after receiving the merchandise. Notify us within 24 hours of shipment if your merchandise is lost and cannot be tracked by UPS. If you receive the wrong order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are pleased to accommodate our customers to assure great service and to correct any problems that may occur.

Q: What about RETURNS?
A: Our titles are returnable. However, the books must be free of damages such as pencil and ink marks, free of stickers and in good condition for resale.  The books will be returned at the customer's expense. Please do not send books back for credit in poor condition.  If this happens you will be denied credit or a refund and the books will be returned at your expense. No shipments will be accepted on a collect basis.

Credit or refunds are issued based on the list price and discount given to purchases during the past 12 months. Ship returns prepaid to:

Q: Do you have a WHOLESALE BOOK POLICY?
A: Thank you for inquiring about our wholesale book policy.  Prioritybooks Publications gives a 25% discount off the retail price. However, we must receive a 50% nonrefundable deposit on your order. Once we have your deposit the order will be processed. We will add the 50% amount to your order. Your order can be paid for on-line or through PayPal using a credit card, or a money order. Please send your order to the address listed below, or if you prefer you can e-mail your book order. Again thank you for your patronage. Q: How does SHIPPING AND HANDLING work?
A: Shipping and Handling is $4.75 for first book and $1.50 for each book thereafter. Priority Mail is our preferred method of shipment. If you are not in the USA you will be billed for the additional cost of shipping before the order is sent out.  Please email us at rose@prioritybooks.com for Global Rates or additional shipping methods.

Q: How can I find the PRICE OF A BOOK?

Q: Do you have SPECIAL PROMOTIONS?
A: Please prepay for all sales.  This includes premium and bulk sales, mail-order and literary groups and book clubs. To place orders, contact Prioritybooks Publications at (314) 306-2972.  You may also email rose@prioritybooks.com.

Q: Can I receive REVIEW COPIES & PUBLICITY INQUIRIES?
A: All requests for review copies, press kits and for other publicity inquiries, will be accepted from industry affiliates, publications, media, and other related sources on company letterhead only.

You can address requests to the Publicity Department.  You must include contact information such as name, position or title, mailing address, phone number and your fax number.  You must also include the title of the book, the author’s name, and the ISBN for the book you are requesting.

Q: What about GENERAL INTEREST PERMISSION?
A: To use any of our materials, please put your requests in writing and fax or mail to our attention. Please state the title of the book and author you are planning to reference.  Please be clear regarding what materials or information you want to use.

Q: How can I obtain OUT-OF-PRINT TITLES?
A: All Prioritybooks Publications are available.
